Advocacy Days in Olympia – January 2026

Each January, the Washington State Legislature convenes in Olympia for its regular session. During this time, community members from across the state gather at the Capitol to advocate for policies that reflect local priorities, lived experience, and collective values.

Pacific County Voices Uniting (PCVU) participates alongside partner organizations in several advocacy days throughout the session. These days provide opportunities to learn about the legislative process, meet with lawmakers, and advocate for issues including housing, health care, disability justice, immigrant and refugee rights, Native sovereignty, voting rights, and survivor support.
